I was doing what I guess most business owners do faced with problems – working longer and harder and demanding the same from my team. After twelve years as Chairman of a hi tech company I found myself in a declining world market, exhausted by the effort of staying afloat and in the rubble of ruined relationships and opportunities.

When the business needed innovative ideas and clear vision I had little to offer except brute force. Michael turned me around. With his help I was able to reassess what I wanted and what I had to learn from my situation. I left that business and started something more in touch with who I truly am.

It has been about 2 months since I attended your work-shop at Sandvika (Oslo), Norway. What a change!
My basketball team has gone from 1-7 since before the workshop, to 4-1 after the workshop. Yesterday we beat the best team in the conference 82-77 (a team we lost to by about 40 points only 3 months ago).

What has changed? Basically, I changed, then the boys changed - DETERMINATION!!! You are right, success is easy once you figured out the energies. The boys and I have decided about winning the rest of the games of the regular season (we have to be able to make the play-offs). And then, in the play-offs: win it all! Yes, we beat the best team yesterday, but we still haven’t peaked.

And here is the best part (I can see you smiling/laughing now): I treat them, like you treated us! (and yes, I am as nuts as you are, but I stay within what is me; my techniques and what I feel comfortable with right now). It works wonders. I speak the truth now. Some people can’t handle it, but that is not my problem. Most of them grow and understand what I say; not only intellectually, but in their hearts. I know that my work life is going to change too, and it is. I am working on the energies, and I will get it right.

I was having the worst lambing season I have ever had. We were losing so many newborn lambs to the crows that would pick out the eyes and to the foxes that I felt hopeless and helpless. When I told Michael about this he suggested that my wife and I and another friend sit down and meditate. We asked the crows and the foxes to find other food such as rabbits and natural foods to sustain them. Michael then asked us to visualise a circle of protection over our farm and the newborn lambs. Whatever happened, it worked. From that day on we hardly lost a single lamb, and it was such a dramatic turnaround that it ended up being our best lambing season ever. It was amazing!

The value of your course is so much more due to the follow up and commitment you give to everyone.

After a few weeks I had many friends comment that I seemed different, I was certainly happier but I actually cared a lot more for people and circumstances around me. One of the strangest things I noticed was my sleeping patterns. I have never been a morning person and prior to the weekend could even sleep right through my alarm clock. I was very often late for morning meetings. Since the course I have not used the alarm clock once and I wake up at whatever time I need to. Amazing!

I was at home doing some stuff around the house and something came to me.
